Can you limit your sitting and sleeping to just 23 1/2 hours a day?

This video will break down all the health benefits that can be achieved by just walking 30 minutes a day. If you are really pressed for time try breaking your activity into 10 minutes segments throughout the day until you hit the 30 minute mark.
