Treating and Preventing Muscle Cramps during Exercise

How many of you watched the interview with Rafael Nadal after his U.S. Open win as he slid onto the floor grimacing in pain from severe muscle cramps?  The good news is he was fine after receiving fluids and doing some stretching.
